We are so glad you're here! Evolvewithin is a private practice, providing mental health and relationship therapy and counseling services to our community in Elm Grove and state-wide. Our services are tailored to your needs and are confidential.
Our mission is to facilitate evolution within yourself and your relationships through acceptance and growth. Our vision is to see our community prioritize mental health and relationship maintenance the same way we do our physical health, our spiritual commitments or even our vehicle maintenance.
Our therapists focus on improving relationships and individual wellness, both in-office and online. Evolvewithin provides holistic psychotherapy treatment to families, couples, and individuals. We also host structured Groups as well.

We feel as though our pasts shape who we are today, and sometimes we are not 100% comfortable with who we have become. Evolvewithin is here to help you get a little closer to where you'd like to be. We take a collaborative approach when working with our clients. No one knows you better than yourself; you are a huge part of your treatment.
Please do not hesitate to ask which therapist is the best fit for you. We all work with individuals, couples, and families but depending on your needs, one therapist may fit your needs better than another.
